
Jodi Edmonds started playing bridge in University and has been an avid player ever since. She lives with her husband, german shepherd, and two cats in New York City. She also has two grown daughters, and since becoming an empty nester, has been able to devote much more time to bridge. During the COVID pandemic, Jodi began fielding teams for the online events, primarily the Alt and OCBL. She fielded her first live bridge teams in the 2022 World Bridge Series in Wroclaw, Poland, where she received a bronze medal for her women’s team. Outside of the table, she is an avid reader, enjoys traveling with her family (especially on their ski adventures), long walks in Central Park, and frequenting the theatre.
Zach Grossack is known far and wide for his debilitating shyness at the bridge table, both in demeanor, as well as in the bidding. Hopefully, playing bridge across the pond can cure him of such maladies…
Anyone who knows Zach will know this is just about the opposite of how he operates. Zach recently became the ACBLs youngest Player of the Year, to go along with being the youngest Grand Life Master the ACBL. Zach is a professional bridge player based in Boston, who spends his days playing with students and teaching bridge online when not competing at a bridge tournament.
Michal Klukowski describes himself as a citizen of the world. Originally from Wroclaw Poland, nowadays splits his time between living in Krakow with beloved wife and daughter, and in Geneva, Switzerland, the country he represents from 2021. Drawn to the game of bridge by his parents in 2006. He is the youngest open world champion, and the youngest Bermuda Bowl champion. Avid sports fan, especially football and tennis.
Joel Wooldridge is a professional bridge player and instructor. He started playing when he was 9 years old, and has been playing ever since. He is a multiple national and junior champion. In the World circuit, his best showing is a 2nd in the Bermuda Bowl in Veldhoven. Currently, he lives in Jackson Heights with his wife and dog. His favorite card game, aside from bridge, is Hanabi. Joel enjoys watching anime, cartoons, and television series. Some of his favorites are “The basketball that Kuroko plays”, “Rick and Morty”, and “Better call Saul”.
Piotr Zatorski lives in Gdańsk. An environmental protection engineer by profession. He has been playing bridge continuously since 2000. He always says that with hard work and a bit of luck you can succeed in bridge. He gives people bridge lessons, runs his bridge club, and plays golf outside of bridge.
